If you need to delete your Church Space account, we understand. You can do so from the Settings page. Please read carefully, especially if you are the owner of an organization.

This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Click Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the Delete Account button.
  4. You’ll be asked to type in your email to confirm the deletion.

Important Notes

  • If you connected your organization to Planning Center, the connection will be deleted.
    Someone else in your organization will need to reconnect it.

  • If you are the only owner of your organization:

    • You will also be asked to type in the organization name to confirm.
    • Your organization will be permanently deleted along with your account. If you have a paid plan, your subscription will be canceled immediately. If you have any emails scheduled, they will be canaled and will not send.
    • This cannot be undone.

Want to keep your organization?

Before deleting your account, make sure to assign at least one other person as an owner of the organization.
That way, only your personal account is deleted, and the organization remains active.
