Church Space lets you create link-in-bio style pages to organize key URLs, resources, and contact points for your people—all under a single, shareable link.

To manage your link pages:

  1. Click the New Link Page button.
  2. Enter a name for internal use.
  3. Choose a URL slug (e.g. your church name).

Your final page URL will be:
https://churchspace.co/links/{your-slug}

The slug must be globally unique across Church Space, not just within your organization. Custom domains are coming soon.

When editing a link page, you’ll use the editor menu on the left to manage different sections:

Click the Header tab to update:

  • Logo
  • Organization name
  • Title
  • Description
  • Background color
  • Background image
  • Primary button

Socials

Click Socials to add up to 5 social media links.
You can reorder them by dragging the grab handle on the left.

Click Links to:

  • Set the style and appearance of your link buttons
  • Add new links by clicking Add Link

For each link, you’ll:

  • Choose Link or Email as the type
  • Enter the button text
  • Add the destination URL or email address

You can reorder links by dragging and dropping them using the handle on the left of the link name.

Visibility Settings

Use the Visibility toggle in the editor menu to make your link page:

  • Public – anyone with the link can view the page
  • Private – the page will not be accessible

Editing Page Name and Slug

You can change the internal name and URL slug from the editor menu:

  • These fields will auto-save as you type.
  • Remember: the slug must be globally unique.

To delete a link page:

  1. Open the editor for that page.
  2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Delete Link Page, then confirm the action.

This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, the page and its links will no longer be accessible.
