Church Space makes it easy to track how many emails your organization has sent during the current billing cycle so you can plan ahead and avoid hitting your limit.


How to Check Your Usage

  1. Go to SettingsPlan and Billing
    or visit https://churchspace.co/settings/billing

  2. On this page, you’ll see:

    • A your total usage and remaining sends
    • A pie chart visualizing your email send breakdown

Only organization owners can view billing and usage information.


Important Notes About Email Limits

  • Church Space uses a hard limit:
    If you do not have enough sends left for a campaign, your email will not be sent.
  • Automation emails also count toward your send total.

If you’re running low on sends or need to increase your limit, consider upgrading your plan or contact support@churchspace.co. If you need a one-off small increase, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.
